We are a very large and well-equipped factory in the field of producing disposable plastic containers in Iran, operating on an area of 20,000 square meters. This factory, using advanced technologies and modern equipment, produces more than 350 types of various plastic products. Our products are known as the best and highest quality disposable containers in Iran due to their superior quality and compliance with high standards. Among our products are dairy containers, plastic bottles, jars, plastic cans, disposable cups and other functional containers that meet the diverse needs of industries and consumers.
Production of various plastic bottles
We produce various types of transparent plastic bottles with various volumes from 30 cc to 20 liters and with openings of 28, 38, 45, 55 and 62 mm. These bottles are designed and manufactured in various shapes such as round, cylindrical, rectangular, square, book, flat, spice sprayer, vat, jar and special designs such as Nutella. These products are suitable for various uses including water, juice and even industrial applications such as thinner. So far, more than 120 types of bottles are in our production line and the hole error rate in these bottles is one in thirty thousand, which indicates the very high quality of our products.
Quality plastic jars and cans
One of our outstanding products is transparent plastic jars and cans, which are produced in volumes from 150 cc to 20 liters and with openings of 28, 72, 88 and 120 mm. These containers are designed for direct packaging of food such as pickles, jam, olives, honey and other similar products. The various shapes of these jars include round, cylindrical, rectangular, square, oval, jug, vat, polygonal and fancy designs such as honey and Nutella. So far, we have produced about 70 types of plastic jars and cans, and the hole error rate in these products is one in forty thousand, which indicates the high accuracy and quality of our production.
Production of high-standard plastic preforms
We are one of the pioneers in the production of plastic preforms in Iran, which are used to make plastic bottles, jars and cans. These preforms are produced in openings of 38, 45, 55 and 62 mm. Our strength is that we first procured the preforms from the market and, through scientific and experimental studies, selected the best samples in terms of size, shape and quality. Then, using advanced technology in China, we produced preforms of the same quality and even better and imported them to Iran. This process guarantees the production of high-quality bottles and jars in our production line.
Quality disposable plastic cups
We produce a variety of high-quality disposable plastic cups in volumes from 160 to 400 cc. These cups include drinking cups, juice and carrot juice cups, short and tall McDonald’s cups, and icepack cups with beautiful and sturdy lids (with holes for straws and without holes). Due to the use of high-quality raw materials, our cups are stronger and more transparent than similar products on the market, and for this reason we are known as one of the best plastic cup brands in Iran.
Dairy buckets and containers
Production of plastic buckets with handles, boxes and containers for yogurt and dairy products are among our other quality products. These containers are made using first-class raw materials that do not affect the taste, smell or aroma of dairy products such as yogurt and milk. Our buckets are designed with strong handles and airtight lids and have a health code. Our product portfolio also includes simple disposable yogurt containers with durable lids, which are suitable for safe and high-quality packaging of dairy products.
Various disposable plastic products
In our factory, we produce a wide range of disposable plastic products such as ice cream containers, transparent and white plastic bowls, bowls for stews and hot foods, various lids and handles, slow-release, spray, metal and plastic (transparent and colored) lids.
